Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do NOT accept returns. However, in the event an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will make it right. Dillan@bigdstcg.com  

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when your initial order is placed. 

In stock items typically ship within 24 hours of payment.

When ordering a Pre-Order item, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
