Shipping Policy
In stock items typically ship within 24 hours of payment.
When ordering a Pre-Order item, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and checkout with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do NOT accept returns. However, in the event an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will make it right. Dillan@bigdstcg.com
